Driving and Parking

All participants are requested to use the North Gate entrance (Exit 156 off Interstate 25) for entry. Security personnel at the North Gate will validate access. Remain on North Gate Drive for about 1.5 miles. Make a left onto Parade Loop. In about half a mile, turn right on Field House drive and the MORSS parking lot will be on your right. There will be directional signs. Board a MORS shuttle which will take you to Fairchild Hall. The shuttle will be on a 15 minute loop, so there may be some waiting time. If you choose to walk, the parking lot to Fairchild Hall takes about 15 minutes on foot. Please be advised that you will be at 7,000 feet so the walk will be a bit more challenging than usual. Also note that you will need to be escorted by a Cadet through the gate, as Fairchild Hall is inside the Cadet Area.

Note:  Participants will be required to present either their U. S. Government issued ID (U.S. Citizens) or Passport (Foreign Nationals) to Security personnel at the North Gate.

Places to Eat

MORS will provide a light breakfast and breaks in Exemplar Hall, located on the 3rd Floor of Fairchild Hall, where MORS Registration will be. Food trucks will be available each day for lunch just outside Fairchild Hall.

Dunkin Donuts and Subway are available in Exemplar Hall.

U.S. Air Force Chapel

The Cadet Chapel is both the most recognizable building at the U.S. Air Force Academy and the most visited
man-made tourist attraction in Colorado
. This aluminum, glass and steel structure features 17 spires that shoot 150 feet into the sky. It is considered among the most beautiful examples of modern American academic architecture.

The Cadet Chapel serves as an all-faith center of worship for cadets and includes Protestant, Catholic, Jewish and Buddhist chapels; an All-Faiths Room; and a Falcon Circle, each with its own entrance. The Chapel is capable of holding services in all rooms at one time.

Visitor hours of operation for the Cadet Chapel are 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday.
