MORS Announces New CEO!

The Military Operations Research Society (MORS) is pleased to announce that Ms. Jennifer A. Ferat has been named the next Chief Executive Officer effective 1 April 2021. Jennifer joined MORS in 2009 as a Consultant and became a full-time staff member in 2015 holding various roles in the organization, including Director of Industry Relations and more recently, Director of Professional Development. Join us in congratulating her on her new position!

Biography:Jennifer is a results-oriented leader with over 25 years of experience. She has extensive understanding of board relations, organizational development, program design and development, continuing education, publications, strategic planning, human resources, and marketing. Jennifer was owner of Steps to Success Consulting, LLC for 10 years, worked at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, and was a Director in the health care industry prior to joining MORS. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certified Practitioner and a Certified Human Capital Strategist. Jennifer earned her MBA from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Health Policy and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.
