77th Symposium Forms

Attendee Requirements

All attendees must complete an application and either a contractor or government security form to attend the 77th MORSS. You may also be required to submit a MORS ID card. If you are Active Duty military and plan to wear your uniform to the 77th you are NOT required to submit a MORS ID card.

MORS ID Card Information - If we do not have a MORS ID on file for you, please email your name, last four and electronic picture to idphoto@mors.org.

NEW THIS YEAR! MORS will allow military personnel, government civilians and government contractors to use a DoD issued CAC card as their primary photo ID for classified meetings. Please be advised that you must still complete and fax Form 226A or 226B to the MORS office before you can be invited to any classified meeting.
