Lessons Learned
Theorem: Soft OR methods are complementary to Hard OR methods, and should be applied according to the needs of the problem domain/question.
1. Soft OR methods are most useful during the early stages of problem definition and analysis. The analyst should transition to more rigorous/Hard OR methods as the problem domain and context become more manageable and defined.
2. Case studies, like other methods of analytic lessons learned, should be encouraged as part of a professional literature review for similar experience within a given problem domain.
